Which licence applies

The app is licensed to you, not sold.

• On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
• On Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

Our Terms of Use apply on both. If they conflict with Apple's licence on an Apple device, Apple's licence wins for that conflict.
